"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

"Loved the Breakfast menus. The Hotel it’s self was amazing. Super clean. Location was perfect two train stations within less then 5 min walk. The only thing I did not like which I found pricey was the Dinner menu. I was in Tokyo 15 days . The night we had dinner at hotel was the only night we spent the most on food. Other then that I have no complaints. I plan to book another stay at this hotel. "

"Loved this hotel. The view from the rooms is spectacular. Starbucks in the lobby. You are in the heart of Shinjuku with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The bed was the most comfortable I slept in during my 3 weeks in Japan. And the fact that the Aiport Limosine bus to Narita leaves from just outside the hotel doors is THE best way to finish a trip without stress. And I didn’t even mention the breakfast buffet - it was excellent! I am still thinking about the avocado toast. "

The public bath/onsen permits tattoos. Staying at this hotel also provides you with discounts when shopping around the airports shopping and dining areas. "The building has central HVAC, so no climate control in the room. When I called front desk explaining how our room was hot and humid, they explained that they would not turn on the air conditioning and I should open a window. Normally this would be fine, except the windows were extremely dangerous, opening wide with no screen. Not possible to use with a toddler around. Other than this issue, we had a positive experience."

"It was very noisy given location close to Shinjuku station. The hotel hallways were smelly. The walls in the room were a bit old/dirty. The bathroom reminded me of an airplane restroom. Staff were nice. I would recommend staying a little further from the station in a nicer hotel. "
