"Traditional Japanese Ryokan. The staff was kind and helpful. We only used the private onsens but they were really nice and really hot. We got half board and the food they served was presented nicely and tasted great. The rooms had lots of amenities and a yukata for you to wear"

"This was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We opted for the stay with the traditional dinner and breakfast and the food was outstanding. We used one of the private onsens in the evening and morning and the experience was great. Please be aware that these are traditional onsens; outside in secluded areas and no bathing suits are allowed. "

"Property was difficult to locate in the business district. Checking in was quick and easy. Those with tattoos are able to use the hot spring. When we arrived, there were four other females who were leaving. We had the place to ourselves. The open air ceiling was breathless. "Overall, I had a great stay at Fuji-san Onsen Bessho SASA. The room was really nice and the private onsen with a view of Fuji-san was great to relax in. The hotel had plenty to do on the property including Green Tea Ceremony, Taiko drum show and exploring the gardens. The only negatives were that the room inside was a little bit dated and did have a damp/musty smell inside, which made it hard for me to fall asleep. "Customer service is topnotch! They explained everything about the hotel (dining, onsen, room, shuttle bus). The breakfast buffet was great! Lots of choices even with the drinks. They have free foot spa, and then the onsen was the best. So relaxing after a whole tiring day. Also, there is a free hot/cold variety of teas near the foot spa area which was really good. The room is clean, lots of freebies in the bathroom. There are also slippers with different sizes, and pajama which was really cool....

"Nestled in the heart of Kabukicho this hotel offers something for everyone. Easy access to all major modes of transportation, infinite entertainment & amazing food but mere meters away. Clean rooms with wonderful bathrooms with nice big tubs, perfect after a long day walking the city. Good view regardless of what floor you're on (as the hotel starts on the 8th floor). The smoking room was clean and had peaceful music. The laundry machines didn't quite dry the whole load for 300¥ but for 100¥ you got 30 minutes in the dryer so it's was trivial really. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with any issue raised and the beds were comfortable. I'll be returning some day, for sure!"
