Fantastic stay and amazing service!

I had an amazing stay! Room was lovely and spacious and clean with a fantastic walk-in shower and a great balcony. Hotel restaurant did a lovely breakfast buffet and I also had lunch there too! Staff were all super happy to help and reception staff spoke great English and helped me with any queries I had. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the warm welcome from the receptionist, Nuray. She went above and beyond to make our experience truly special, offering excellent service and helpful tips for local attractions. Her friendly demeanor really set the tone for a wonderful visit. Great hotel in Shymkent, Kazakhstan

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. The room is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel staff speaks English well and is very helpful. This 3-star hotel is better than some 4-star hotels that I stayed in the US and Europe.

A great value

Had a great stay for couple of nights. Spacious room. Helpful staffs always willing to help you. Room rates inc breakfast had everything I need. Did not expect this quality of service and huge room with breakfast. Room has a balcony. Located in the city but not on the main road keeps room very quiet.

Excellent hôtel à Shymkent !

Un excellent hôtel, le meilleur lors de mon voyage au Kazakhstan : j'ai regretté n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit ! Ma chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable, avec un joli balcon. L'emplacement est top, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc central. Le personnel est très serviable et parle plusieurs langues. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif, varié, avec des options locales et saines et un personnel au service efficace et avenant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Bravo à toutes les équipes de l'hôtel !
