Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes ...

The unit need some repairing. The shower leaking, shocking to know that no towels and no blankets provided no iron no hair dryer etc. it’s my first experience in such condo-style stay. Maybe I need to get prepared next time. But some basic things need to be considered by the management.
