"Brilliant location. Spacious room. Quiet location. Things that I didn’t like: the fan in the bathroom was noisy and on a timer with the light. Very annoying noise went on for several minutes after using the bathroom. Never saw anyone in reception. Not even sure if breakfast was included in the price? We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "
