Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstr.Die Zimmer das uns zugeteilt wurde war eine kleine Kammer.Hatten aber ein halbes Jahr vorhher gebucht und bezahlt.Früstück zu teuer für den Standdart.Zimmer und Einrichtung mitettelmass.Wochenende viele Veranstaltungen und zu laut.Nicht weiter zu Empfelen.

Convenient location

Close to train and bus station. Only 5 mins walking distance. 10 mins to the main square. Staff was friendly, good English, helpful. The room was small, outdated. There is no coffee & tea facility available.

Das Hotel hat äußerlich einen mittelalterischen Touch. Genügend Pkw Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden. Hotelpersonal ist immer am Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Ein Hotelportier spricht sogar deutsch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Das Büfett am Morgen beim Frühstück ist nicht sehr üppig aber ausreichend wenn man keine grossen Ansprüche hat. Ich werde wieder dort buchen.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. I received a wonderful, warm welcome, the lady who checked me in very happy to look after my needs and as there was a wedding going on, trying her best to move my room to one that would be least inconvenienced, which I thought was a nice touch. The room was pleasant, the only downside being a lack of tea or coffee making facility. The old town is only a short walk away, so I'd recommend this place as a good base if you're looking to spend any time there.

Good hotel in a good location.

We walked to the hotel from the train station AND to the main squares and attractions in Sibiu - so it's in a perfect location if you're traveling by train. or you like to walk rather than call a taxi/uber. We had a pretty view! The hotel room was nice enough and the staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and for two friends traveling together, it was hardly more expensive than a hostel. The shower didn't drain very well and we ended up with a big puddle on the floor either from a gap in the door or the pool on the floor, I'm not sure. There were dogs and noises outside at night so it was best to have the window closed.

Located on a street I would not expect. Located in the lower town, but an easy walk to the main square. The receptionist went out of her way to accommodate me in that there was confusion in the reservation upon arrival

Surprise on the street

Did not expect this gem on this street, tucked in by itself, it was a pleasant surprise, the receptionist couldn't have been any better at h we job. She was the hidden gem. Also the walk to the main square was short and put you right on the main square

Friendly Staff, But Poor Condition

The staff at the hotel are very welcoming & friendly and the location is convenient. However the condition of the hotel is not great. I had a bad allergic reaction that I usually get when in a mouldy environment. There was a collection of dead bugs around the curtains. But the worst was the shower. When I first turned the water on, it ran black. Eventually, after several minutes of black, then brown water, it finally ran clear. When I got out of the shower, the bathroom floor was covered in water (apparently the doors of the shower don't seal when closed). When I stepped out of the shower onto the tiled flower, water and sentiment squirted from under the tiles. The breakfast wasn't very good (eggs were overcooked in parts and other parts completely raw).

Good affordable hotel close to center!

Just here for 1 night to visit Sibiu. Good location with good parking. The room was nice and the hotel completely renovated.

“Ideale per chi viaggia in auto”

Questo albergo consiste di una struttura abbastanza complessa e moderna, con grande cortile centrale dove poter parcheggiare la propria auto. Manca l'ascensore, ma il personale si occupa di portare le valigie in camera. Le camere e il bagno sono sufficientemente grandi, dotati dei confort di base e, cosa fondamentale, puliti. All'esterno disponibile una terrazza su cui trattenersi a parlare, fumare , bere qualcosa. Ristorante e bar annessi, con possibilità di prima colazione a buffet, di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in circa un quarto d'ora.

Difficult to Fault!

A good value hotel in a good location, walking distance to both the central station and city centre. Room and staff were very good. Stayed two nights and would have happily stayed longer!
