Best place to spend with friends and family. The manager gave us clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in the cabin. The place was awesome! Everything was working as expected.
Cleaned up afterwards. Hope we didn’t miss anything to keep the place clean. Great times!
We only stayed one night due to changing plans to go houseboating but the property was as advertised. Great location and lots of parking. Host was very nice and communicative.
Nice area. Okay condition but really dirty. We left the kitchen cleaner than we got it. Pool was smaller than pictured, leaked, was filthy and we had to ask for chlorine. VERY LIMITED daily supplies like hand soap and paper towels. Beach was within a 10 min. drive but the beach access near the cabin was marshy and not a spot to swim. Lake is technically across the street but it's all private beach with No public access. I will be complaining as it is my worst experience with a home rental.
Unfortunately (due to no fault of the owner)a tree had fallen on rear porch a week before we arrived. The day we arrived they were still working on cutting up and removing it. Swimming pool was covered in saw dust and their were lots of bugs in pool and all over the back yard. (Once informed the owner did come by the following day and clean the pool) Bath towels were still in tumble driver when we artrived and were very old and some had holes in them. Some kitchen cupboards would not close properly and non stick pans were peeling. Air conditioner worked in 2 of the bedrooms but 3rd one had no vent. BBQ ran out of gas after 10 mins so we had to cook in the kitchen. Owner did come by the folllowing day and bring 2 full gas bottles. We didnt use the dishwasher as it was hanging out at an angle so not sure if it was working or not. Also some light bulbs were not working. House was centrally located and was 5 mins to beach and restaurants.
