**We are still working very hard on the landscaping, (as this is a new house) so yard is not yet complete.

Large master suite with King bed, walk in closet, en suite bathroom and reading chair

(located in the bedroom) Full tub/shower combo

LIVING ROOM AREA:
Flat screen TV and fibre optics internet with pull out sofa bed (sleeps 2) and chair.

KITCHEN AREA:
Kitchen table for 4 as well as a bar that seats 3. Kitchen is stocked with all essental cooking tools as well as some basics such as salt, pepper, cooking spray, and some spices.

ENTRANCE AREA:
Coat/hat hooks and full size washer/dryer for your convenience, as well as boot dryer.

BBQ area:
On the ground floor, seating area with BBQ.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Appeared very new. Clean. Very quiet. Bed's were good. Layout good. Ample area. Hosts left us to ourselves, but provided contact #'s so that we could reach out if needed. Good wi-fi. Very happy. Possible negatives for some: Stairs up to the unit were steep and a bit long. The counter stools became painful if one sat too long. Some type of cushion would help.

Five Stars in the Shuswaps
We were extremely impressed with this suite. Super clean, comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and a large driveway which made it easy to park our boat. Mandi and Steven were very accommodating. Mandi went over and above expectations, by running out to buy an iron after I asked if they had one. The air conditioner was a life saver, as it was in the 30s every single day. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Sicamous, you will not be disappointed!

The accommodation was exactly as advertised on the website. The yard and landscaping are a work in progress but the suite was bright, attractively decorated and extremely clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen so convenient. Our host was quick to respond to any questions or requests. We felt welcome and safe in this accommodation.

Lovely apartment, great location!
The place was absolutely fantastic! It was immaculate, great location, nice and quiet, we enjoyed sitting outside on the nice patio chairs in the afternoon shade. The owner was very friendly and excellent to communicate with. We loved it and would stay there again!
