"Big spacious suite and balcony. The toilet is a bit of a “cramped area”. You come to stay here and you relax immediately. It’s so calm and pleasant. The pool is huge and the area is very nice and so quiet. It’s an oasis. All the staff was so nice and friendly and helpful except for the checkout. The lady was not smiling, didn’t ask how our stay was (4 night stay) and when we asked if we could change 200 MAD she just said no we can’t do it. I would’ve expected her to say let me see if a boutique might be able to change it for you or tell us where we could go to change it. But no, she didn’t offer any solution. And no nice goodbye. It felt rushed is so very different than what we experienced the days before. So it left a bit of a sour taste to what was a very sweet stay. So I would say- it’s an oasis and you will feel relaxed just walking in. The pool area was the best and the staff in the pool area were very nice. The food is overpriced. The room- we had a suite was perfect. I’ve never slept so good, you can’t hear a thing and bed is very comfortable."

"This Riad was in a great location close to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, about 10 mins walk. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. The swimming pool is great and the rooms are traditional Riad rooms. I would recommend for families due to the location."

"My husband and I and two friends had a lovely time at Ksar Anika. Clean, spacious, and beautiful! The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to offer their suggestions. Good location in the Medina, a few minutes walk away from the crowds in the square. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"
