We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

"Not easy to find, as it is right in the medina, down a narrow lane. But the owner has a market stall at the corner, and all the locals are eager to help you navigate. Incredible location in the beating heart of Fes...yet because it is down the lane, the house itself is very quiet!"

"It is a lovely place but the owner is no longer accepting reservations from Expedia or VRBO. We got there and were turned away. Is there a way to get a refund."
