"The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again."

"Very good property overall. Lovely but also helpful staff showed us around the hotel, and very good area as well (short walk down the high street to the beautiful beach/pier) and lovely beds and bathroom. Very clean and would definitely recommend. "

"What a fabulous guesthouse. The quality of furnishings, cleanliness and amenities were first class. The little touches just make the difference like a great coffee machine, selection of teas, bathroom quality products and fluffy towels! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "The room was in need of some love as far as decoration goes. The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean although the area between the shower & basin looked dirty. The TV didn't have reception. Unable to rate staff as we saw no-one, entering & leaving via key safe."
