"This property was convenient for our purposes. We had some difficulty finding and turning on lights inside and the living room lights did not give us enough light to read. Many bulbs were burned out both on the porch string and in the kitchen. We like old houses, but for safety we felt the loose newel post on the stairway could be tightened and a grab bar in the bath/shower could be added. "I had my 50th Birthday party there for Memorial Day weekend. Amazing place!!!There is not one negative comment I can think of. I had a perfect celebration. There was so much to do there outdoor and indoor that I wish we could off stay longer. The owners were so nice. All my friends and family loved the house and the property. We all had a great time. "Very well equipped and excellent Wi-Fi house somewhat off the beaten path but quiet and peaceful. Not too far from baseball fields (why we were there). Saw deer on premises. Would have liked to have a little better lighting for reading and manager responded positively to that comment so hopefully attended to for next guests. I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed for a week while our son played at ASV. The location was absolutely perfect. The other parents were so jealous of how close we were to the fields! "We stayed here during our son’s Cooperstown visit. The house is a charming 3 bedroom with 2 baths. It was the perfect spot for my family and in-laws. The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended this house!"

"This property was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in on any sort of trip. They provided towels and products for the shower. There was a great laundry room as well. The house was less than 10 minutes from All-Star Village, which was great for going back-and-forth to watch our son play baseball for the week. we enjoyed our stay . House was located on a quiet street."

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"We had a wonderful time, Hanna was great and her property was beautiful. It has everything you need for outdoor fun & fun if you enjoy the water. We caught so many fish, enjoyed swimming & the boats that was available to use. Just a little tip, take swimming shoes because the bottom of the lake in some parts have small rocks. Would definitely go back and have already recommended family & friends. Thank for having us Hanna :)"
