"The pros: The apartment is big, was very clean and was in a great part of Furth. I really liked the kitchen and the hardwood floors. It is located in a great location within the town of Furth; many dining options available close by.
I really appreciated the tone of the host: The person I communicated with was very friendly and, ultimately helpful, not saying much about how they initially organized their planning for check in, which was as poor a check in as I've seen in my life
The cons: They didn't use html buttons for their links, instead you are forced using an mobile phone, to copy and paste the URL of their actions. It was not clear that the passcode for the lock would not open until the 4 p.m. check in time, as such, after we arrived early and had asked for an early check in, we ended up sleeping on the ground with two kids next to the room, begging to be let in.
Once we were in, we wanted to explore however the instructions given to us told us to use the intercom to enter. That didn't work. We were in a complete panic that we were locked out of the apartment for the entire night. Luckily an elderly person did let us in after 7 p.m. That was downright scary and in my opinion unforgivable.
The apartment did not come with any shower soap. I was given the excuse that it was either against the law, or they didn't want to provide that amenity. In any case, that is an absolute joke, in any country..in the world....let alone a world-class country like Germany."
