"Really beautiful, clean and serene place. The staff have the kindest hearts, from the restaurant team to the reception staff and everyone we met around the property. A special thanks to Sat at reception for such a warm welcome and for helping us with local information and arranging our restaurant bookings. "I stayed in one of the “jungloo” rooms. It was kinda like a very nice yurt. Amenities were good, room was comfortable. Climate control was good. The plunge pool was absolutely amazing. A small concrete tub about four feet deep - VERY nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Only downside is that it’s slightly off the beaten path but transportation is easy to find. Upside is that it’s far enough from the pub zone that you can find peace here. I can’t imaging being CLOSER to that area at night. I could hear the thumping bassline in the distance. This place was nice and quiet. Staff was very helpful. On site food was good. Common areas were clean and just awesome. There are areas where turtles / rabbits / Guinea pigs roam. It was mind blowing for a solo traveller. I can imagine this being a lifetime memory for a kid. Full recommend."

The pool area is a peaceful oasis, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that are impeccably maintained. Whether enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing by the pool, or taking an evening stroll through the gardens, every corner of the property felt serene and inviting. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that combines elegance, tranquility, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend this property. "Heritage is an excellent place to stay, explore, and relax in Siem Reap. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is conveniently close to the temples and markets, allowing us to easily explore the area. They also offer airport shuttle service and can assist you with various activities during your stay. If you’re planning to visit Angkor Wat, I highly recommend Heritage Suites. Thank you for making my visit truly memorable."

"I found this place which had glowing reviews on Expedia so I took a chance of booking it even though I normally book the big chain Hotels. Boy oh boy! What a surprise! Huge villa with 3 massive bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room/kitchen and best of all, a private swimming pool. Amazing place and very reasonable too. Angkor Wat is just 8Km from this place. The staff was very attentive and even made us breakfast boxes to take with us for early sunrise view of the temple. The hotel sent us a limo to pick us up from the airport and the service was impeccable with cold towels, drinks etc. We also had the best massages for the whole family. Our flight to Hanoi was at 6pm and they let us stay till 4pm without any extra charge. I highly recommend this place."
