"Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat.
The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. The free mini bar was a nice touch!
The on-site spa was also amazing, with expert massage therapists and a soothing atmosphere.
For the sounds of nature and life, a stone’s throw from Angkor Wat, and the friendliest hospitality in Asia, we could not recommend this place more. We loved it and we will be back!"
"Great hotel and even better staff. Very helpful, extremely polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The AC worked perfectly. Room, linens and toiletries were on point. Highly recommend."
"Five stars, and the staff are the reason why. We stayed two nights with our family, including a young child, and every single person we dealt with — front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, concierge — went out of their way to make things easy. Nothing was ever a problem.
The property itself is beautiful: colonial-style buildings, huge gardens, and a pool we wished we’d had more time for. Great location for early temple runs too. We’d come back without hesitation."
"This place is absolutely amazing. I am a world Traveler stay in hotels over 100 nights a year and this hotel has perhaps the best service I have experienced anywhere in the entire world. Everybody here greets you with a smile they are warm and they are friendly if you should sneeze they run to you with a Kleenex if you even think that you will need something they bring it to you in advance. My congratulations to one of the best trained staff I have seen anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is amazing beautifully done while maintaining some of the amazing culture of Cambodia."
"We really enjoyed our stay this beautiful hotel. It was well placed for walking around and exploring Siem Reap and a peaceful oasis inside. The staff were outstanding and great food and drinks available. The spa is also fantastic. Our room was large and very comfortable and 6 nights here flew by."
