Excellent service from staff, especially From Dara who went out of his way to provide suggestions for our trips. Rooms of a great size, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is a great place to relax .

Good hotel located near Angkorwat. Staff are really friendly and attentive of requirements eg providing packed breakfast for Angkorwat tour at short notice. The hotel facilities were limited due to low occupancy and the hotel is in need of refurbishment.

Great hotel in a lovely City

Great hotel on the outskirts of Siem Reap but with easy access to the city centre. Lovely breakfast selection, good food. Very pleasant pool in the garden with a poolside bar. Large comfortable room with balcony. Great service from staff.

Hotel staff was very nice and always helpful. The hotel is clean and has a nice pool. Restaurant food is average so we ate out as much as possible in the 4 days we stayed. Restaurant restaurants m is average and kept cleaned but bathroom needs renovation.

This property is beautiful but a ghost town .. the amenities are deceiving… and he nice restaurants are closed we hardly saw any guests … breakfast buffet was meek and it’s a very isolated location away from everything … the staff are attentive and wonderful .. but no hot water in the room

What an incredible resort. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The pool is amazing and no crowded. The staff has been amazing. The food is good even though there is only one restaurant open at this time. The food is good and a decent selection. We had a massage today. It was incredible! One of the best I have had in while. We booked a tuk tuk to see the sites. Each day we left at 830 am and returned around 5. Phany was a great host and driver. Highly recommend him.

This hotel is AMAZING ❤️ First the photos do not do the hotel justice, it's even better in person. From the rooms to the pool, what a beautiful hotel. It's also in a good location, slightly away from the main town however close enough to go there. The hotel is located on a main road however once in the hotel you cannot hear any road noise at all. Secondly the hotel team (staff) - what a WONDERFUL bunch of people. Their customer service goes beyond anything I have experienced before. They go above and beyond for you making sure your stay is perfect. An example every morning for the buffet breakfast, one of the stewards knew I liked scrambled egg on toast and everyday he would go and get it made for me. Also while I was there I had a issue with the WiFi, this was sorted out straight away by the management of the hotel - this was at the beginning of my holiday however they always apologised for it every-time they saw me. I look forward to returning again.

The property is far from pub street and all the action. It’s about 5-8 usd for a tuk tuk. There are a lot of tuk tuks around so that isn’t a problem. There is no convenient stores nearby, really no good shopping. The rooms were large and clean, weird balconies as there is a bench built on the balcony, they look into the rooms, so not great if you want a view. Pool was nice, breakfast was adequate. Not much contact with staff, and most of the time you had to look for someone for service at the pool. No outside food or drink around the pool, no beer on tap for $1 usd like was advertised, just bottles for about $3 usd.
