They will cheat you on the people per room policy and charge you more money. On here it says 3 people per room at resort they say 2 people per room and will charge you extra for your room with no refund on your booking. SCAM stay away.

This hotel is AMAZING ❤️ First the photos do not do the hotel justice, it's even better in person. From the rooms to the pool, what a beautiful hotel. It's also in a good location, slightly away from the main town however close enough to go there. The hotel is located on a main road however once in the hotel you cannot hear any road noise at all. Secondly the hotel team (staff) - what a WONDERFUL bunch of people. Their customer service goes beyond anything I have experienced before. They go above and beyond for you making sure your stay is perfect. An example every morning for the buffet breakfast, one of the stewards knew I liked scrambled egg on toast and everyday he would go and get it made for me. Also while I was there I had a issue with the WiFi, this was sorted out straight away by the management of the hotel - this was at the beginning of my holiday however they always apologised for it every-time they saw me. I look forward to returning again.

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the pool and spa are perfect for relaxation, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. Ich würde wieder hier buchen!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt um mehrerer Tage verlängert. In dieser Zeit sind mir aber doch ein paar Sachen aufgefallen, die mich veranlassen, meine ursprüngliche Bewertung von 5 auf 4 Sterne zu reduzieren. Ist also aber immer noch ein sehr gutes Hotel. War mit Abstand das beste Hotel auf meiner Kambodscha-Reise und dies für einen vernünftigen Preis. Die Vorteile des Hotels überwiegen die Nachteile. + sehr schöne Anlage + sehr ruhig Anlage, weil etwas ausserhalb vom Kern + sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter wo gerne einen Schwatz halten ++ extrem feines Essen, auch die Desserts ++ super Pool + man kann im Hotel Geld wechseln ++ wenn die Klimaanlage abgeschaltet ist hört man wirklich nichts mehr, nicht wie dies in den meisten Hotels das der Fall ist. Hier die Nachteile: - Die Zimmer sind leider extrem ringhörig (allerdings sind das alle Hotels in Kambodscha) - man hört die Wasserleitungen, wenn in Benutzung - die Dusche könnte eine kleine Renovation vertragen. Die Fugen müssen neu gemacht werden und die Duschbrause muss dringend mit einer angenehmen Rainshower ersetzt werden.

Kann ich ohne weiteres empfehlen!

Ein schönes Hotel mit einer grossen Poolanlage. Feines Essen und zum Frühstück gibt es eine riesige Auswahl. Und das wichtigste, alles ist sehr sauber und die Anlage ist ruhig - ich hatte ein Zimmer Richtung Pool. Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb von City Center - die Tuk Tuk sind ja aber sehr günstig. Das einzige negative wo ich festgestellt habe ist, wenn ein anderes Zimmer (wahrscheinlich war es das oberhalb von meinem) zum Beispiel die Dusche benutzt, hört man die Wasserleitungen.
