The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, and the hotel grounds were simply beautiful. We arranged daily tours to the major sites around Siem Reap through the hotel and found our driver and guide extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious and had several local food options along with a cook to order station. There were many dining venues around the hotel, however we chose to eat dinner at their restaurant and attended their dinner show one night which was wonderful.

The rooms (we have two rooms for the family) are very clean and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers! The staff there can not be better: they’re very polite and helpful! The staff was so kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They even found a nut for the screw that fell off my crutch. Had a wheelchair ready and were so thoughtful!
