早餐份量很足夠, 為每天的旅程提供充足的能量, 還提供外帶服務, 十分細心! white coffee 超好喝! 酒店不大, 少於10間房, 雖然我們房間和大堂只有一門之隔, 但隔音不錯! 由 old market 走路回酒店只需10分鐘, 晚上走路回酒店的話有點暗, 不是太晚可以考慮!

The staff was so wonderful and the breakfast was full and delicious. They helped us arrange our tours etc.. The location is a bit of a dark walk away from Pub Street but it was quiet and we never had any problems. Such a sweet staff and nicely styled rooms.

Older hotel down dirty alley

Taxi driver couldn't find the hotel but after a lot of asking around finally found it. The street or alley was a dirt road with huge pot holes and piles of garbage. It would be about a 15 minute unpleasant walk to the town center. There was construction going on next to hotel. The hotel was worn out. No lift. Staff was very friendly and breakfast very good.

Nice boutique hotel

Great hotel stay. Stayed with my family for 5 days 4 nights. Hotel room was spacious,clean & free of insects & no smoking smell in the room. However,the shower temperature was unstable. Water will be cold & super hot afterwards. Need to adjust the water temperature on and off while showering. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Can request for breakfast to be packed if need to go for sunrise tour at Angkor Wat as early as 5am. Breakfast choices were limited but edible. Great small pool. Very clean water and can chill out by the pool after a long day tour at the temples. Overall great experience for the stay.

Fantastic hotel....

Fantastic 5 star stay at this small hotel. Swimming pool was lovely. ...hotel very clean, comunal areas and our room....staff were lovely and friendly and also efficent....arranged trips for us at very reasonable priced....breakfast was great and cooked to order, lovely fresh fruit every day....in a neighbourhood with other small boutique hotels mixed in with cambodian houses and people going about their daily lives which was domething we really liked. A 10 min walk and you were at the Central Market. Tuk Tuks always available if you didn't want to walk. We had a verhy memorable 10 night stay here...it was like a home from home and we would definetly recommend staying here. ...we loved it...

Great value for money

A great little hotel. Despite the small size of the place, our room was large and spacious, with a comfortable bed and our own balcony. The staff was friendly and polite, and responded to all our requests. Their English was quite good so no communication breakdowns. Breakfast selection could be better, but considering the size of the hotel it was quite good.

Landing Point Villa was my first stop in Cambodia after travelling in Thailand for a month and was hands down the nicest place I had and have stayed in since. The staff at check in set the tone for the entire stay as their professionalism and customer service were far above average, yet very genuine. The room itself was spacious and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every request, which included assistance with printing and scanning a few documents which I had to send home for work purposes. I can not imagine staying anywhere else in Siem Reap.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights to visit Angkor Wat. Beautiful Cambodian interior design and nice pool. Very clean, quiet, and no smoking allowed. Excellent breakfast!

Post-temple peaceful haven.

Landing Point is in a great location --- on the quiet side of the bridge and away from Pub Street, but just a short walk or quick Tuk-Tuk to restaurents, bars and shopping. Make certain to try one of the small, neighborhood food spots catering only to locals, as they are cheap, cheap and very good. Great pool and a nice respite after a long day at the temples. I highly recommend Landing Point.

Petit hôtel sympa à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et à environs 50 minutes de ankor wat en vélo. Chambre très grande . Restaurant tres bon. L'entretien de l'hôtel reste à voir douche qui tombe du mur , rouille etc mais cela reste relativement léger. Le personnel est très agréable et dynamique! Petit déjeuner à la carte agréable et possibilité de le prendre en breakfast box pour emporter . Le quartier n'est pas touristique mais très calme.

Friendly, local, and romantic hotel in Siem Reap

We went to Siem Reap to visit Angkor, and this little, romantic, family owned, off-the-beaten-track hotel was perfect! Not only it has a great pool for relaxing in the evening after long walks around the temples and service is great, they also contribute to the local community by buying everything locally, contracting locals and helping them to develop their lives and careers. We really loved the place! And it is really close to the old market and night market in town (only a 10 minute walk or a U$S1 tuk tuk).

Great quest place minutes from pub street

Perfect Location. About 4 minutes in a tuk tuk from pub street. Beautiful old mansion/house converted into a boutique hotel. Our room was massive with a huge stone bath and seperate shower. Ideal way to relax after a busy day in the dusty street. Lovely place

Great Value, Great People

this is a great option for a home-base if you are in Siem Reap visiting the temples and other sights. The breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty. Our room was simple, but large and clean. It's easy to walk to several nice restaurants and the area along the river, as well as the Old Market and Pub Street. Great value for the price we paid.

酒店房間很大亦很整潔!　職員十分ＨＥＬＰＦＵＬ～還可幫手租車往吳哥窟～早餐算是多選擇！而且酒店位置方便。步行的訾１５ＭＩＮＳ可去到ＯＬＤ　ＭＡＲＫＥＴ及ＮＩＧＨＴ　ＭＡＲＫＥＴ等景點～連去吳哥窟車程都只是半小時以內～

excellent stay for a family with young children

We stayed three nights at Landing Point Villa, and everything turned out to be great. Staffs there are attentive and ready to make you feel comfortable. Room condition was good: Spacious, clean, and well-kept. Location is 10-min away from central market by tuk tuk ride, and in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good (should try poached eggs in tomato sauce!).
