Location, Location, Location. Easy to get to Pub Street. Hotel needs to provide 2 room cards so you can leave air con on while out. Need hooks in bathroom to hang bath towels up. Otherwise not a bad hotel right where you need to be. Breakfast was okay but just too hot to eat in an open aired dining room.

I want to start up by saying that the staff here is really nice and they try to accommodate you but this hotel is absolutely horrible. I saw roaches every day of my three day stay here. There are no electrical wall inserts to charge your phone near the bed. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. This was an inconvenience because I had to keep my phone by my bed to hear my alarm so I will go the day with only half percent of my phone. The room that they showed me on Expedia is not the room that they gave me when I arrived there. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is beautiful, full of wood and old-style decor. I liked it. The location was great, right at the night market by the river. It was quite noisy at night as we heard loud music from the local bars until 6am, which made sleeping difficult. The staff always greeted us with courtesy every time we entered and departed the hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing spectacular bur still ok. There was a variety of foods, but they could have been served a bit warmer.

Initial twin room was in need of a total refurb, should never have put us in there. Management quickly moved us to a suite which was tastefully refurbed with rain shower and large bed, spare bed also arranged. Breakfast was lovely in a massive dining hall. All staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful. Made our initial worries dissipate immediately.

The property was good. The room was fairly comfortable and clean. It was a bit difficult to regulate the cooling in the room. The area around the hotel was very loud at night with the market and party places nearby. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the loud music and traffic. It would eventually get a little quieter around 5 am. I would not stay there again

パブストリートやオールドマーケット、ナイトマーケットにも近く、夜も安心して食事など楽しめる環境でした。 ホテルの廊下はワックスで磨かれていて、室内は広くとても清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 スタッフは笑顔で対応してくれ、質問にも丁寧答えてくれました。 次回滞在することがあれば、またこのホテルにしたいと思います。

パブストリート、オールドマーケットなどが直ぐ横なので観光には最高です。繁華街が近いので部屋によってはうるさい部屋もあると思います。設備は少し古く感じますが、スタッフの対応など素晴らしかったです。新空港は綺麗なホテルの新車のバンで30ドルで迎えに来てくれました。

木造の内部は大変素晴らしく心地よく滞在できました。ロビーも素敵でした。スタッフはとても親切でいろいろな希望に答えてくれました。プールは屋内にありスコールも関係なく利用できました。女性のスタッフの方がプール利用中バーカウンターにいてくれました。とってもコストパフォーマンス優れたホテルだと思います。

A part le fait qu’il est bien situé dans la ville (mais environnement très bruyant et tard le soir), tout le reste est très très très décevant. Les photos sur le site sont trompeuses. Cet hôtel a certainement été de bonne prestation à son inauguration mais n’a pas été entretenu, il est maintenant vétuste et infesté de cafards. Le personnel est sympa, mais c’est le seul point positif. Sympa mais pas efficace. Même les pantoufles ne sont pas à usage unique, elles sont réutilisées par les nouveaux occupants, c’est insupportable. Le ménage est médiocrement fait. Il y a des odeurs de remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bains. La cuvette des WC est dégoûtante. Le rideaux de douche est degeulasse. Vraiment en cherchant bien, il n’y a rien de bien dans cet hôtel, c’est tout le contraire, il est vétuste, dégoûtant, bruyant car pas insonorisé, infesté de cafards, avec des odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain, pas entretenu, le ménage consiste juste à changer les serviettes. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, qui d’ailleurs n’est que peux fréquenté, très peu de clients, je me suis fait avoir. Surtout et sincèrement, hôtel à fuir. Cordialement.
