The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, Our room was perfect, lovely pool view and a very comfy bed. The pool area was clean and tidy and nice and quiet.

This hotel very very nice I really love it I've been here twice now and I'll will come again next time location is very close to restaurants. the room is Beautiful and have a good view of the pool and rooms are very clean. The staff are kind and speak nicely.

We feel really welcome when we arrived at the moon residence hotel. We booked a double room for a night and the room was nice and clean. We appreciate it. We got motorcycles for 1 day 10$. It's really good but our motorcycle is good for me go to around the Siem Reap. We wish we could of stay here longer but we didn't have much time in Cambodia. We hope that we would have chance to come back to Siem Reap city again.

Beautiful hotel set on a quieter road but within five minutes walk of pub Street and all the restaurants and bars. The pool area was a little paradise with lots of shade from trees and nature all around. Breakfast was delicious and the price of the room very reasonable. We managed to get a connecting room which was huge and beautifully designed which was ideal as we were travelling with two teenagers.

An oasis

It was a lovely place to stay, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was great to get an upgrade to a beautiful poolside room with breakfast. It’s a ten minute walk to pub street so not to far but far enough from the hustle bustle.

During our trip we have a stayed at one or two 5 star hotel but the customer service at this hotel is second to none ! What a lovely hotel , all amenities available in a tranquil setting . It is also well located being a short stroll to the market and center of town . Well recommended

Large rooms and great location

Nice enough rooms in great location. Tv wasn’t working which hotel knew but didn’t advise us. They did fix it though once I told them. Breakfast is basic but nice enough. Would stay here again for the price as the rooms were large and the pool was nice.

Beautiful oasis close to the centre of Siem Reap. Rooms are outstanding. Check in was friendly and the towel and ginger drink upon arrival was a great touch. The room was large spacious and clean. Swimming pool is relaxing. Dinner was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend Tuk tuk tour driver was fantastic.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The ambiance was wonderful and hotel staffs were always kind and helpful. The only problem was that the water was cut off in the morning. However, it was solved immedietly. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Chhai and another staffs! I highly recommend this hotel.

lent Place to Stay

This is an unusual time to be in Siem Reap with the closing of hotels, restaurants, etc., and an unprecedented drop of 95%+ of tourism. On the onehand, selfishly, it was nice to have the temples and normally hectic streets to myself, on the other hand it was heartbreaking watching this city close, temporarily. I MUST thank the staff at Moon Residence and Spa for their hospitality and dedication to customer service. The website and photos are exactly spot-on. There are no surprises; what is advertised is what I got. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable with traditional Khmer design and furniture. The grounds are very well maintained, the pool is beautiful, the plants are well maintained and lovely. I have stayed in 5 different hotels over the years in Siem Reap and this by far was the most comfortable, clean and maintained. The breakfast is very good and fresh. The one dinner I had was also very good. The only negative was the sewage renovation on the street outside. But it is happening throughout the city. Mr. Soy, the General Manager was honest and helpful in difficult times. I thank him for the hospitality and wish them all the best on being able to re-open as soon as possible. I strongly recommend The Moon Residence and Spa (which I did not try) for your next stay.

The staff was very friendly and the first time we visited Siem Reap and recommended restaurants in the hotel and was really nice. The room is clean and the hotel is in a good location also, it was comfortable and nice to walk to the pubstreet at night.
