The property was amazing, and the mid-century decor was very cool. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and polite, and you could tell the entire staff was trained to provide top-notch customer service. The breakfast included with the room each day was also very good, and the breakfast seating area was comfortable and nice. They also played great music over the hotel's soundsystem (which was hipster lounge music), and you could walk from the hotel to many great restaurants in the area. They also had these cool vintage cars that you could rent and have a hotel driver take you around Siem Reap. I highly recommend this hotel.

After over 40 years of travelling to a wide range of hotels across the world the service I received in the Viroth Hotel is genuinely my best experience. All the staff excelled, delivering world class service in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. I had high expectations due to the awards this hotel had won over the years and after sending 4 nights here I can fully understand why. My sincere thanks to all the staff, I look forward to returning again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Viroth’s Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. We were also very kindly given a lovely room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and incredibly relaxing, and the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The pool and surrounding areas are gorgeous and it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind after exploring Siem Reap. Breakfast was fantastic, and we really appreciated being able to enjoy the hotel facilities right up until we left. The whole stay felt peaceful, comfortable and effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Viroth’s Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. A truly wonderful stay and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! ❤️

Exceptional in every way If I could give this a 6 star rating I would. Everything about the hotel was exceptional and that is due to one thing that many hotels overlook, attention to detail. This is all down to the amazing staff, from the welcome when you arrive to the way they attend to every guests needs, our experience couldn’t be beaten. The location is great, the pool was the perfect antidote to a day walking around temples and the breakfast was the best we have had over 6 hotels we have stayed in over the last 5 weeks. We have stayed in many hotels both for work and pleasure around the world and this is amongst the best. We highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to stay in this exceptional hotel.

Amazing hotel in siem reap, fabulous staff always so attentive and made you feel special - they stood when you arrive back to the hotel and gave the traditional salutation and even waved you off when you leave the hotel The staff are what makes this place so special - thank you The hotel is beautifully designed and attention to detail furnishings - we had a complimentary room upgrade and it was amazing The added star are the tropical plants around the pool which transports you to a Cambodian jungle - would love to stay there again

Undeniably one of the greatest hotel experiences we have ever had. From the time we arrived until the time we left, the staff waited on us as if we were royalty.
