Bungalow by the Sea with Sauna in Germany

A variety of holiday accommodations are available at Hansapark Resort am Meer. There are 4-person single-storey semi-detached bungalows (DE-23730-03), and these luxurious modern bungalows are located in a separate part of the resort. You can enjoy a sea view from the terrace with garden furniture. There are also 4-person holiday apartments (DE-23730-04). These comfortable and luxurious apartments are situated on the ground floor or first floor and have a private terrace or balcony. There is also a link-detached 6-person variant (DE-23720-05). This stately, luxurious row house comes with a hot tub, two bedrooms and an open sleeping gallery on the attic level. All accommodations (bungalows and apartments) have a cosy woodstove, a sauna and a washing machine. There is parking for one car per reservation near the accommodation.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply. If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Okay aber nicht nochmal...

Leider gab es schon Schwierigkeiten bei der Zubuchung einer 6. Person... Email wurde 3 mal ignoriert... Beispielbilder sind schön und gut aber wenn ich 2 Bäder habe mit 2 Toiletten, dann geht man bei 6 Personen von aus das auch zu haben... Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig... Spinnweben und Staubfussel... Toilettenspülung spült nach dauerhaft, wenn man die eine Taste nicht nochmal nachdrückt, laut Rezeption ist das normal... Da Wasser und Strom im nachinein abgerechnet werden, ist es ärgerlich...

Alles in allem war alles tip top. Schöne Unterkunft, in der nähe vom Strand , nettes Personal , Einkaufmöglichkeiten direkt un die ecke. Schöne Umgebung gute erreichbarkeit auch für andere Ziele ( Sea Life, Timmendorfer Strand, Inselausflüge etc.)

Durch Zufall das richtige Haus...

Einige Häuser haben ihre Terrasse nach hinten raus, da ist man nicht so auf dem Präsentierteller. Mit Hund sollte man die Parkanlage am Wald nehmen. Das Haus war sehr schön, eine Hausmappe wäre schön.gewesen, da der QR nicht so toll ist.

7 Tage Urlaub mit der Familie

Das Haus befindet sich wenige Gehminuten vom Hansa Freizeit Park entfernt. Die Geräuschkulisse ist nicht störend. Es ist nur ein PKW Stellplatz am Haus vorhanden. Alle anderen Parkplätze sind gg. eine Gebühr von 6 Euro (pro Tag) über eine App buchbar. Fahrzeuge müssen außerhalb des Parks parken. Außerhalb der Saison ist im Strandbereich alles verlassen und geschlossen. Es leben in der direkten Umgebung des Hauses Unmengen an Wildkaninchen und teilweise auch Ratten. Der Gastgeber hat an vielen Stellen Giftköder ausgelegt. Diese sind nicht gekennzeichnet. Die Häuser sehen von außen alle sehr gepflegt aus. Teilweise wurde der Anstrich erneuert. Im inneren des Hauses waren deutliche Abnutzungen vorhanden (die Couch war sehr verdreckt und mit vielen Flecken versehen, die Essstühle hatten ebenfalls viele Flecken. Die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Die Treppenstufen waren sehr rutschig und schmal. Es gab kein Treppengitter und das Licht konnte aus den oberen Etagen nicht bedient werden für das EG, somit musste die Treppe im Dunkeln benutzt werden. Die Babybetten waren nicht sauber und es war nur eine dünne Matte aus Schaum als Matratze vorhanden. Hochstuhl und Bett waren auch nur gg Gebühr zu nutzen. Könnte insgesamt familienfreundlicher sein. Check Out lief reibungslos. Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Hallo liebes Team, wir sind etwas enttäuscht. Erstmal ist das Haus nicht so wie es den Abbildungen entspricht... das ist das Haus Leuchtturm und nicht Hummer. Dann kommen wir hier rein und haben keine Bettwäsche vorgefunden. Was bei der Buchung angegeben wird inklusive. Das heißt über 50€ extra Kosten vor Ort bezahlen. Dann funktionieren hier teilweise die Lichter nicht weil die Glühbirnen defekt sind. Die Gläser teilweise so dreckig im Schrank das man erstmal abwaschen muss. Der angegeben Whirpool ist leider defekt blinkt nur sonst passiert nix. Kühlschrank das Fach ist angerissen also defekt. Die Kurtaxe ist auch mit 1,30 € pro Person angegeben. Vor Ort bezahlt man dann 2,60€ pro Person. Ich glaube man versteht das man dann nicht wirklich in Urlaub Stimmung kommt. Wenn man zwei mal zur Rezeption läuft. Und die Telefonnummer zur Kontakt Aufnahme sind Fehlerhaft man bekommt nur die Mailbox. Kein Ansprechpartner. Da sollte E-Domizil nachbessern .... das geht garnicht. Ein großes Lob an die nette Mitarbeiterin vor Ort die noch lange an der Annahme saß und sich alles anhören musste und sogar E-Domizil kontaktierte doch das interessiert dort niemanden.

Die Umgebung ist super! Es gibt sehr viele schöne Dinge zu entdecken und für Kinder ist es ein Traum. Im Ferienresort könnte ein kleiner Spielplatz angelegt werden,dass wäre für die Kinder und Eltern super. Die Häuser an sich könnten etwas "gemütlicher" gestaltet werden. :)

Sehr schönes Haus, ausgestattet mit allem. Vor allem die Sauna war im Oktober sehr schön. Die prima arrangierten und sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Leute an der Rezeption. Nalkalkulation Strom und Wasser sind wir nicht wirklich gewohnt, aber es ist auch verständlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
