"The only reason I rated facilities as good is I had a lot of internet problems the first 3 days until they called the tech and he came in and got it up. I wish I knew the name of the young man who worked there but I don't as he did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish, but he was absolutely the best. He was always smiling and helpful. "Honestly, I was really impressed with this place. It was walkable to a lot of the attractions and if not, it was a really quick ride the place as well preserved really pretty made me feel like a princess while I was there. The breakfast was great and extremely inexpensive."

"One of the best stays during our 3 week trip in Ecuador. Maybe the best overall. Modern and luxeous lodge in a gorgeous, peaceful landscape with a beautiful view on the forested mountains.
