"We chose this hotel because the hotels.com website tells us that it has a restaurant, a bar and parking available. Of the three only the parking was provided at a cost. The bar and restaurant are closed permanently. Our room was quiet thanks to the double-double glazed windows and the beds were comfortable however the air-conditioning system was hopelessly inadequate and our room was stifling. I’d hate to stay in the summer months!! The other thing that I will never understand with so many hotels we’ve stayed in. They know they are catering for a couple - so why is there only one chair??? "The property is the best so far on this trip from the north. It is rated higher and it’s is all around. I would rate a 5 star for sure. Too bad I must leave. Highly recommended. I also received a reward from Expedia making it less Euros. "
