"Nice quiet home. The neighborhood was very picturesque. The small town doesn’t have much, but a nearby town has a small grocery store and pharmacy. (10 minutes away by car)"

"El personal y dueño muy amable están muy pendientes de que todo esté correcto. La casa es muy acogedora, espacios muy amplios, limpia. Hemos estado muy a gusto, viajo con perros y tuvieron su detalle de bienvenida, volveremos seguro"

"La casa esta fantastica, bien equipada y lo pasamos genial, una pena el tiempo. Temas a mejorar: Pedimos 2 cunas, pero la segunda cuna era mas un parque infantil que cuna (el niño no dormia ahi). Otro tema a mejorar es que en la habitacion de la cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales, hay una gotera pegada a la pared de la cama que da al pasillo (tambien tuvimos que moverla). Por ultimo diria que el tema de la calefaccion, aunque nos habian avisado, no es muy comun y es un poco incomodo...

"This is a fantastic place to stay if visiting Santillana Del Mar or this region- very centrally located and easy access to all destinations. The house is very clean and has everything you need to cook for your group and a nice fireplace, which was a bonus because it was chilly when we visited. The town of Viernoles doesn't have much to offer, so not great for walking, but if you are driving, stores and shops are nearby. The town of Cartes is your home base and really cute small town with a...

"Ha sido una estancia fantástica. La casa es amplia y agradable, perfecta para un grupo grande. El jardín, un espacio genial para hacer comidas, barbacoas y estar correteando los niños. "What a beautiful hotel & superb location. But that is not the best thing which is Javier, mine host, who was simply brilliant. Fantastic local knowledge & always willing to spend time sharing it & helping where possible. Maps, advice, loan of equipment - he has it all covered. Lovely continental breakfast on the terrace. Rooms immaculate & daily cleaning. Bedroom views to die for. Nothing but praise for a superb stay"

"Lovely hotel just out of Santander in a reasonably sized village. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries all close by. Several sandy beaches within walking distance. Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air con was powerful. We stopped here the night before we were due to catch the boat from Santader. Would happily stay here agin."
