"We visited for a week with 4 adults and two children. The accommodation, although slightly small with lack of storage space, was overall great and couldn't have been cleaner. The staff went above and beyond to help especially the activities team. We were walking distance to Miramar and fuengirola beach with plenty of options to eat at. There was also a supermarket and 8min walk from the accomodation and a petrol station basically next door. The pool and slide were great and again everything was very clean. Would highly recommend "

"We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Malaga airport many times and it is a great facility if you are flying in later in the day and want to wait until the next day before setting off in a hire car. The restaurant is open till midnight and serves excellent food for the money. The "Holiday Burger" is outstanding. Breakfast also good. Only downside is that there is really no pedestrian access from the airport, despite how close it is and you end up getting a taxi."

"A one night stay after arriving at the airport was more than expected! A lovely property with welcoming staff, a very comfortable room and beautiful gardens. Dinner in the adjoining Taverna was very nice. There was a wedding taking place with lots of happy families and children. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel! "

"We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good location to restaurant’s and shopping mall just around the corner (and train station too). Direct train to airport journey time less than 15 minutes. Breakfast had a good selection of food choices. The highlight for us was the shower, you can choose different settings on the shower head. Would definitely recommend Barcelo. "
