"There were no staff at the front desk ever. That was somewhat expected as it was described as digital check in. However, we only saw 1 staff person on our last day. - when we checked out. There was no response to several messages I left through WhatsApp."

"The staff were very friendly and the room was great. The only thing was, I had thought parking was included but I had to pay at the end of our stay. We did have a parking spot, so no stress for us just a little surprise at the end of the stay."
