"Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este hotel, los ascensores la mayoría de las veces no funcionaban, la habitación en 5 días q estuvimos nunca tiraron la basura y la limpiaban muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y todos los días íbamos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos decían q lo arreglarían y nunca lo hicieron, lo mejorcito del hotel fue el bufe, y la piscina creo q es demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones y lo lleno que se pone el hotel"

"This is an absolutely amazing hotel, the rooms are excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff are brilliant friendly and with a warm welcome, with its own pool, situated in a nice peaceful area with beaches either side. Nicely priced. Well recommended. If you are looking for a place to stay away from the busy area of Benidorm yet still a short journey away from the centre. This is the place. Will be returning.
