We found the whole place a great place to stay and the comfort of the apartment was great. The location is central and plenty to do within walking distance. "The place is great; modern, American style town homes. Everything you need and location is perfect for that area of the Basque country as long as you have a car. Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. "The place is a great vacation spot - right by the beach and all the rich life that the Gros neighborhood has to offer. The apartment is well appointed and provides what you need for a few days in San Sebastián, from beach towels to rain umbrellas (yes, both are definitely called for!). "We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
