"This place need so much attention on cleanliness, my son and I have to pull out our sleeping bags, so we can sleep better. The room was not dusted in days(weeks)? They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them. They own the place and sleep in the place, with their bedroom right on top of ours, I couldn’t sleep at all, because I can hear them moving around. "

Great family visit

"We extended our stay because the weather was great. The hotel was very comfortable, the most impressive thing, our room was immaculate everyday, especially considering most days we visited the beach, and had a young child with us. The house keeping team were absolutely brilliant. "

The “ only “ place to stay in San Sebastián!

"Awesome stay once again. Very attentive, pleasant and friendly check in experience, even though there was construction and a marathon right outside. Booked three rooms and got exactly what we expected. Our room were spik and span cleaned every day. It’s nice to be recognized and greeted by reception and valet staff. "
