Summary:

Siesta Key waterfront apartment that sleeps 6. This split-plan, 2-bedroom, 2-bath “Beach House” features a full kitchen and recent updates. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen, and the living room offers a sleeper sofa. Enjoy a 75” smart TV in the living room and a private screened lanai with canal views to Sarasota Bay. Located in a charming, quaint resort with other units, and guests enjoy free use of kayaks!



The Space:

Just half a mile from the Siesta Key beach access, this “Beach House” is the ideal escape to enjoy island life at our “Solitude Suites on Siesta Key” Resort. Community perks include Tiki huts, a boat dock, wooden deck, ping pong table, BBQ grills, kayaks and a heated pool.



Guest Access:

Escape to Solitude Suites on Siesta Key, where you can relax by the pool, enjoy lunch under a Tiki Hut, soak up the sun on the wooden deck, fish from the boat dock, or take out a complimentary kayak. The shared pool features a waterfall and large swim shelf, while the shared boat dock offers multiple single-person kayaks available on a first-come, first-served basis, with paddles and life jackets provided. Onsite amenities include a shared laundry facility, free parking for one vehicle per unit, and free WiFi (unsecured, shared network) with login details provided after booking. Each unit has smart TV, foldable beach chairs for your trips to the shore, and beach towels, a small cooler, and a Bluetooth speaker for your use—just return these to your unit before departure to avoid a $100 fee. A guest ID is required to make a reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy a stroll to the award-winning beach on Siesta Key, along with nearby shops, a tiki bar, restaurants, a marina, and more. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk, with Public Beach Access #12 just half a mile away.



Getting Around:

You can get around by walking, biking, taking a free taxi, or hopping on the free trolley (just download the Siesta Key Breeze app—the stop is right outside our parking area). You can also use Uber, Lyft, drive your own car, or check out options like Jonny’s Free Rides, Frog Hop, Two Tides, and more!



Other Things to Note:

There are some steps on-site and one open parking space available. Exterior security cameras are in place, and cleaners, pool staff, and general maintenance workers may be present around the resort grounds as needed, though not inside your unit. The unit is not beachfront, but it’s waterfront with a shared dock and is about half a mile from the nearest public beach access. A $500 fine applies for bringing pets or smoking inside the suite. Maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning crews visit periodically. A valid ID must be provided to the host before check-in.



Interaction with Guests:

Available by phone or text as needed, with no interaction required unless preferred. All guests must be pre-registered prior to arrival, and a valid ID is needed for the reservation. The host will respond within 24 hours. Thank you.
