The second floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a large sectional sofa, a loveseat, and a TV; this area is perfect for relaxation. On the third floor, you will find a comfy seating area and a well-appointed bar with a wine fridge, ideal for enjoying drinks while soaking in the breathtaking Gulf views from the deck.

Great location with close access to the beach. House is beautiful with fun beach decorations. Nice big kitchen. Management answered our questions quickly. Loved having 2 washers and dryers and beach/pool towels provided. Two sand wagons provided.

Great Family Getaway

This property suited our family very well. Beautiful views, great patio for day or night swims and family time. Just a short distance from the beautiful beach and water which was the perfect backdrop to our son proposing to his girlfriend. Property Management Team is amazing and very responsive if you have any questions during your stay. Would recommend this property.

551 beach rd

House was large enough to accommodate 19. Loved the balconies facing the water.(view not blocked by houses). Short distance to beach and basically a private beach with very few people. NO lifeguard so consider this. I submitted a few upgrades and hopefully the owner will comply but we would definitely stay there again. Oh, we had a volleyball net so had a blast in the pool!

Family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation with four generations. Six months old to 80 years old; all had a great time. The property was perfect and allowed. Plenty of community gathering space along with the necessary space to have a little privacy. I highly recommend this property whether you are, looking for a family vacation with lots of children or just amazing place for lots of people to stay.

Special Occasion

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on Siesta Key. The house was perfect for our family needs with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group to spread out. The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and the village. Our grandchildren , ages 5-15 had a ball!

The house is amazing, and management was great

My group of 25 people visited Siesta Key during the red tide. Of course it was disappointing to not really be able to go to the ocean, but this house made up for it! The pool was amazing. Rooms were awesome. Balcony views were even better than the pictures. I would definitely stay their again.

Perfect for our family

This house was perfect for our extended family of 16. Every one had their own space but could gather in any of the large common areas. We especially enjoyed the patio furniture in the evenings when the kids were asleep. Check in was very easy and we loved having all the beach essentials at our fingertips! We would definitely rent this again.

Property was great. Location was excellent. Only a few issues … 1 of the 2 washing machines did not work and both dryers took a few cycles to dry. The toilets were finicky and would not flush every time. Maintenance responded quickly but issue continued on and off throughout our stay. Even with these minor issues, we would stay here again.

Hard to find a better location or view near Siesta Key. Property is very large and holds large groups easily. Home is beginning to show its age and need for updating. Kitchen well appointed but in need of upgrades to cooking pots and pans. Overall, a great stay.
