Just a hop from the Siesta Key Beach white sandy beach and a skip from Siesta Key Village and restaurants, this spacious 5-bed, 3-bath home offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Spacious and stylish, this home is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, convenience, and unforgettable island memories.

• Main level: open living room with vaulted ceiling, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, 2 living room spaces for large families, master bedroom with ensuite, laundry, second full bathroom and 2nd master bedroom, and patio.

• Downstairs: full bathroom, 2 comfy bedrooms with 3 large queens, large living and movie room with 80” smart TV that opens to backyard, plus games room for the kids with foosball, Xbox, air hockey and arcade machines.

• Outdoors: private heated pool, lounge chairs, shaded patio, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, backyard games, firepit area, outdoor shower, beach gear, and grass for the kids to play soccer.

Great location and house

The house was perfect for the amount of girls that we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the beach but also close to downtown. Would stay again!

Newly updated inside and nice backyard

Stayed only 2 days but it was an excellent time. Place looked newly renovated. Very spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Backyard with the pool and lawn games was very nice. Would stay again!

We are beyond happy with our stay! Jarrod was an amazing host and so helpful! The entire house is gorgeous and VERY clean! Really nice new appliances and comfy beds. The pool is awesome. And the guys loved the arcade games! I would 100% stay here again and will highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Siesta Key!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, earning a solid 10/10 for cleanliness. Each room was tidy and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our fun-filled days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we couldn’t have asked for more!

We got away from the snow!!

This house was beautiful in every way! It had wonderfully spacious bedrooms and awesome living spaces. Very private. Loved the awesome game room downstairs for the entertainment of our two young grandsons. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and I recommend very highly!!!

The perfect house!

The property looks exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, clean, and so well equipped! There was nothing we needed. Nothing. Comfortable. Spacious. The backyard is a dream, and a mile to the beach. We loved every minute of our stay. You feel as if you’re in a tree house in the master bedroom. The trees are gorgeous. We cannot wait to return!

Couldn't have rented any better place than this with our family of nine. Beautiful home! Comfortable beds and well stocked! Heated pool and fire pit and nice yard! Great location! Host was the best - if I had questions host was quick to get back with me and always so helpful. Even sent suggestions for fun things to do! Had pool floats and great outdoor lounge chairs and table and chairs if we wanted to eat by the pool. Loved the air hockey, video games, recipe books, TV in every bedroom, three living room areas, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great vacation!!!!!
