With beach access directly outside the building, this unit is perfect for enjoying relaxing days along the shore at our #1 rate beach, or taking the very short walk into the Siesta Key Village where you can experience many of the wonderful shops and restaurants Siesta Key Island has to offer! Enjoy a relaxing stay with stunning beach views. Just bring your sunscreen, bathing suit, and flip-flops!

Great Location/Siesta Key

We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the water. Great location to the beach as well as downtown.

Great View!

Nice location! Could use more towels. Had issues with hot water and the thermostat for the air conditioner which were addressed promptly. Sharing the washer and dryer with another condo was a little challenging. Was clean and had a great view. It's a bit of a walk down to the beach. Weather didn't cooperate while we there but it alliwed us to improvise and do other things.

Great Beach Accommodation

We stayed here for 2 months this past winter and were very satisfied with the property. Some of the good things: excellent location on the beach and near the village; good views from the spacious second floor balcony that included comfortable seating; and a nice master suite. Also, the property management firm responded to all our requests for maintenance and repairs. A couple of things that could be improved: 1) the 2nd bedroom has a full size (not queen) Murphy bed which was uncomfortable for two adults--we purchased a mattress topper to make it more usable; 2) almost all lighting was overhead in ceiling fans and was too harsh—a couple of floor and/or table lamps would be a huge improvement, along with reducing the brightness of the ceiling fan bulbs (we loosened a few). We do plan to stay here again next year.

Needs updating

The rental was perfectly located - Hyde only thing that needs to happen is to remove all the carpet and put in vinyl wood flooring - floor was dirty
