Casa Blanca Villa C04

Casa Blanca is within walking distance of Crescent Beach Village restaurants and shops, with Siesta Key Village just a short drive north on the key. Our villas are located between the pool area and famous Crescent Beach. Each villa is individually decorated, fully equipped and professionally landscaped. Most Villas have a screened Lanai with table and chairs for dining and relaxing. Those without a lanai have a larger interior. Villas have 1 or 2 bedrooms, and from 1 to 2 baths. Laundry facilities are available on-site in the common areas.

Loved it

Individual Villas (basically) on the beach was a fantastic vacation. The staff and security were extremely friendly. I had heard about the famous Siesta Key beaches, and they lived up to their reputation. Amazing. Plenty of space and plenty of beach lounge chairs. You don’t have to get on the beach early to save a spot. Will be returning.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was very helpful at check in, check out and maintenance requests.The rental itself is very much in need up updating. Sheets didn't fit bed, small kitchen appliances were missing parts. There were extension cords laying in piles in bedrooms. The beds are not very sturdy. The furniture is very old and worn.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Melinda and the guys on golf carts keeping property cleaned. Most of all no dogs! saw only a couple people trying to kill themselves with cigarettes. The unit we stayed in needs a deep cleaning, but you take what you can get. We cleaned several times while we were there, also a big screen new tv would't hurt.
