Featuring an open floor plan, full kitchen, living area with a sleeper sofa, and king bedroom, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. Lounge by the pool, stroll to Siesta Key Village's shops and restaurants, or explore nearby Sarasota's dining, arts, and outdoor activities. This unit is sure to be a lovely Gulf Holiday that will have you returning year after year!

    Important things to note:
    - This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Great location walking distance to everything. We are more about location than amenities. The staff was very nice. The room itself is very basic and minimalist. No beach towels, only one extra thin blanket, no beach umbrellas, no ventahood over the cooktop…learned that the hard way :) Regardless, the room was clean and everything worked. We would stay there again but would opt for a nicer place if available. I would recommend this place for sure solely based on its location. You can walk to the beach or the best places on the key in 2 - 5 minutes.
