  • Your Siesta Key adventure begins at this delightful 1-bedroom studio. Guests will find a cozy full sizebed and a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa bed,and a sleeper chair that turns into a twin bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The space includes a clean bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, and climate control keeps the studio comfortable year-round. Whether you’re unwinding or planning your next outing, this excellent spot offers a peaceful retreat. We offer free WIFI,an on-site manager to help you have a relaxing problem fee stay, and laundry services you can use yourself, or use our Laundry Service. There are also free use of beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, and boogy and slim boards. The property is set directly on Ocean Blvd just a short walk to Siesta Village, and the public beach accesses. It is a very quite location with private parking and private entrance to your Unit. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

It is exactly as advertised. Although one bonus we didn’t know about before is that the Siesta Islander now has stops very close and makes it super easy to go navigate the key.

I didn’t receive any check in instructions from the host and had to contact customer service twice to reach the host and get the instructions on the day or check in. The on sight property manager was great and very accommodating but the initial difficulties of obtaining the check in information was very disappointing.

The host was very welcoming and the studio space itself was fine, location was good and the apt was pet friendly. The issues were for these odd things that felt off for the price level. The fitted sheet had lost its elastic and kept coming off, broken tiles in kitchen area were jagged and dangerous for bare feet, the headboard of bed wasn't firmly attached and wobbly, shower control for shower didn't seem to adjust properly for temperature, and there was no table or even a coffee table to eat at.

The unit was only partially cleaned when I arrived & the bathroom was completely skipped. When I brought this to the attention of the host, the bathroom was only partially cleaned. When I addressed the dirt & dog hair in the kitchen drawers, the host was dismissive of my concerns & said that it was just dust. The kitchen was not stocked with essentials like dish soap, sponge or paper towels but these were supplied after I asked for them. I really wanted to love this vacation home since it was less expensive than many of the others, but inexpensive shouldn’t mean dirty.
