Never miss a beach-scape sunset when you are just a couple hundred meters from Americans #1 beach, Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy this two bedroom two bathroom condo style unit in a great location: a short walk to the beach on a quiet street but just minutes from shops, bars, and restaurants. The unit offers a full kitchen large enough for TWO cooks in the kitchen..., breakfast bar, an open dining area and living room. The living room is furnished with a flat screen TV. Open the large sliding glass doors out to the spacious screened patio with lounge seating and table. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is furnished with a king-size bed and TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and TV. The backyard of the property offers a heated pool, plenty of sun bathing spots, and a BBQ area. There are two twin-size rollaway beds available for guests. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the property including the pool area.

Easy access to this rental vacation home. Right around the corner from the beach access. House has been updated in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Beach towels and chairs were available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definately come back.

Location was great! Kitchen was really nice. The only issues were the pool definitely wasn’t heated, the bathrooms had little bugs on the sinks(I sprayed some bug killer and that helped) but other than those issues the place was nice.

Siesta Holiday House - Steps Away from a Slice of Paradise

Steps away from a beautiful, calm, and relaxing beach. First impression of curb appeal doesn't do interior justice. A slight revamp would go a long way. Check in = awesome with key pad door. Good amenities: heated pool, washer/dryer, recycling, enclosed balcony, beach gear, etc. Con: Ant problem in the kitchen but nothing a little bug spray couldn't handle. Overall, great property - highly recommend.

Great spot close to point of rocks!

Overall this place was great. Check in and out was extremely easy, place was well stocked (including the grill and beach chairs!), and location was fabulous. Safe area for the kids to walk to the beach. The beach was small, especially at high tide, so we had to get out there early and get spot but that didn’t bother us. Our only complaint was when we showed up they had clearly pulled out the old couches and replaced them with new ones. Great couch except the new one was not a pull out sofa so it no longer truly sleeps 6.

The condo itself is updated, with beautiful furnishings and newer appliances. If it were our own home, we wouldn't change a thing, well, except to add more TOYS but that's a minor thing. This place exceeded our expectations of rental condos, and was perfect for our family of 4 (children ages 4 and 7). Location is perfect and an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the easier puzzles, a great family break from the beach and pool. All beach and pool toys were readily available, and we enjoyed the convenience of not having to buy them. Also, the price is far better than area rentals. We'll return someday!
