"It was clean and quaint. However, the water pressure in the shower was not the best, as it made it difficult to wash ourselves properly, especially when washing my hair. Another issue was that the pillows were not very comfortable, and the windows in our room were too bright, making it very difficult to sleep. Daylight would break through and wake us up super early in the morning (around 5 a.m.). We even tried to hang some towels to cover the windows and the door."

"The beauty of the “resort” is its close proximity to the wonderful Siesta Key beach. I use quotations because it’s really just shelter and a pool, although a nice pool. The staff members were very nice and helpful but couldn’t do much for us in upgrading our room as they claim they never got our requests from the 3rd-party broker. "

"Great location on beach with convenient lounge chairs and umbrellas. Kids also loved the new pool. Many restaurants within walking distance but they get crowded. Our 2nd visit there and will be back in future."

"The room was very clean, staff was great, room is small but comfortable, could use more wall hooks especially in bathroom and to hang wet suits. Convenient walk to beach. Awesome keyless entry to room. We would stay there again. "

"The 2 bedroom condo was very clean and updated. The walk to the beach was short and we didn't have to cross any busy streets just walked the small roads within the complex of other resort condos."

"Cute and cozy. Basic amenities in room- but- the kayaks and pool area awesome! You don’t spend time in the room anyway. Convenient to the beach and several low key restaurants. We prefer to be on the outskirts and enjoy peaceful quietness- and we did. Perfect vacation!"

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Ringling Beach House. My husband and I brought our two toddlers and had the best time. The check in was organized and easy, the apartment was clean, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach as well as all of the attractions in Siesta Key! The pool was also beautiful and so warm. The staff were easy to reach, personable, and professional. This is an ideal place for families and couples to stay. We will definitely be coming back for more stays in the future. Thank you!"

"This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway."
