Revel in the cool, coastal charm of this beachfront condo located on the second floor of the Sea Shell Condominium complex on Siesta Key Beach. It's just steps from our private, gated beach, where you will have access to beach chairs and loungers - beach towels are included too.

With a king bed in the master and a queen bed and a full bed in the second bedroom, this condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, so you can unwind in the comfort of your private space.

The living room serves as a gathering spot with a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system for entertainment. Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are also provided. Or relax on your private lanai and enjoy the ocean breezes. The dining area can be accessed via a pass-through window from the fully stocked kitchen. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the counter.

The Sea Shell complex has a large, heated pool and they provide guests with beach amenities such as towels and upright and lounge chairs. Every unit has one, assigned covered parking spot and there are coin-operated laundries on each floor. Access is provided via both stairs and elevators. The onsite office is convenient for any questions you might have during your stay.

And speaking of convenience, right across the street is a plethora of things to do: shopping, dining, entertainment, and more!

The 3 "Shells" vacation !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
