We welcome you to relax and enjoy this bright, quiet, first floor, end unit offering park like views. The pool, sundeck and world renowned beach are reached following a short stroll through meandering paths that all lead to the reward of the beautiful white sands and ocean of Siesta Key. America’s #1 beach can be reached in only two minutes! Enjoy relaxing in the afternoon shade in the screened-in lanai or private patio after spending a day in the sun. The lanai is a continuation of the family room and is the perfect spot to gather for a meal, play a game or for a relaxing visit. A private patio is located next to the lanai and is also accessed from the master bedroom. It is surrounded by a low border of flowering hibiscus and is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or your morning coffee. **ATTENTION! Buildings 6, 7 and 8 roofs will be replaced starting August 18th 2025, weather permitting. Please contact the office for building schedule as each building will be done one at a time. **
