We were in Siesta Key for a short visit to the beach during our vacation. My eleven year old son is profoundly autistic so it is hard to find a combination of close proximity to the beach and a rental that is safe, well equipped and not overly decorated. This home fit all of our needs and was very close to the beach and gave us the comfort of a security gate between the property and the beach. The peace of mind was priceless.
The expectations and processes were clearly posted and check in process was simple. The beds in the back bedroom ( the full and twin) were very firm but I have no complaints, they were in good condition, no lumps or sagging etc just not our preferred firmness. I am just mentioning in case it is a big deal for someone else.
My family would love to stay here again!
Everything was great except for the construction that was happening directly across the street. If I would have known of this I would not have booked that property. I think it would have been nice to know. Also, I don't think that I should be the one to do all the cleaning when I pay a cleaning charge.
