This apt. can accommodate up to 3 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Special Notes to know before reserving:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- This Unit is located above a Restaurant.
- Small pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location. Parking is tight but trade off for location. Restaurants, shops, music & drinks right outside your door. Short walk to beach (about 2 blocks). Big closet in bedroom which was great! Very clean and comfy. Could have used a baking sheet or dish but otherwise had everything. I did not see a laundry option but wasn’t an issue. Overall loved it and would go back for sure!!

Great Location!

Great little place in the middle of everything in Siesta Key Village. Within walking distance of beach, restaurant, drinks, ice cream and much more. Definitely recommend and will stay again!!

Although it appeared smaller than I presumed from the listing, this is a cute place! It suited just the two of us well enough. The floor perpetually felt a bit gritty, but I assume that is common for a beach property in a humid climate. The best aspect of this place is its location! We really enjoyed being close to everything! (beach, shops, market, restaurants) You can sometimes hear the live music from the band at SKOAB bar/gill that play from 7-11pm nightly. It didn't bother us, but I wanted to mention it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Steps from everything in the village!

Excellent location, easy parking. If you want to experience Siesta Key restaurants and night life as well as beaches, this property is perfect. Across the street from trolley, grocery and an amazing restaurant called Flavio’s. True, you are on the strip and the strip is rocking’ with great music until late, but that was all part of the Siesta Key vibe!

Incredible Access

Right in the heart of the Village and minutes to the beach so perfect for where we wanted to spend our time! Location is over local restaurant so keep in mind if stairs are an issue for anyone.

In the heart of siesta key village

Awesome spot in the heart of the village! 2 Beach chairs provided was a great perk as we enjoyed a day on the beach / literally just a short stroll .. Day and night great places to shop, and eat/drink with live music - or take the breeze trolley or frog hopper both with free shuttles to anywhere in the Sarasota area as well.. definitely would book again

The place was great. Walkable distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. However, the loud music at night time keeps you up despite taking sleeping pills. Also, i’d prefer that the check out time be at 11/12 not 10 am.

Great access, subpar property

There has got to be a modification for unit 3’s parking. No one should have to maneuver that space. Ammenities listed were available but at a bare minimum. Access to beach, restaurants is very good. You just feel limited from driving anywhere else due to the parking issue. Suggest adding more kitchen towels, skillets, and a baking sheet for folks not wanting to eat out constantly

Perfect Spot in the Village

We came to Siesta Key for our 5 year wedding anniversary. This location was perfectly located in the center of the village within quick walking distance to all activities and the trolley. We anticipated noise from the nightly live bands. We were in the middle of all the action, what else would we expect? The nights we went to bed early, we turned on the TV and didn’t even notice. We will absolutely rent again on the next visit!

Everything you need in downtown siesta key

clean, everything you need. Didnt realize it was 2nd floor, parking on listed site was impossible to use. owner found another site a block away we were assigned next to dumpster. someone was parking next to the entry way dumpster. Nearly impossible to navigate if you have anything later than small vehicle. shared laundry room where you are to leave towels and linens in before departure. the problem is that not good process to move laundry. Both washer and dryers fulll of linens no one attended to. Had to pay and fold linens in order to use for your own laundry. suite clean and confortable.

Great location and stay! Parking is tight but worth it for the location! We could walk out the door and find food, music and drinks. The kitchen could use a cookie sheet or baking dish as we had an hard time trying to make breakfast but had the basics. Otherwise great! Loved the big closet in the bedroom too!
