Please make sure to NOT park here during this time. Move car temporarily, Tuesdays only, to the Sandal Factory and then move back after garbage truck comes. IF car not moved and garbage truck unable to access dumpster, additional charges will apply. Thank you for your cooperation.

Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!
Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.

- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.
-The unit is located above a Pizza restaurant and in the Heart of Siesta Village. You may hear Village Live music, people & traffic in the evenings.
