Great little place to stay

Beach chairs and beach umbrellas supplied.Short walk to the beach. Good size kitchen with all kitchen appliances was great. Only complaint was the sofa bed was very uncimfortabke due to feeling the springs in the mattress.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at this location! There were a few hiccups with the key fobs on the door being funky but was addressed by the staff. A few upkeep items like the freezer leaking into the fridge creating a layer of ice and the dish washer rack falling off track should be addressed but nothing that would cause a damper on our vacation. Access to the beach was a little cumbersome as the majority of the beachfront is private but we would absolutely stay again!

Perfect for couples, good value

l was nervous about reviews suggesting property was run-down, but our unit was sanitary and fresh-smelling with no more than the usual amount of wear. Appeared just as in photos, and the cleaning/linen/kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Property and pool/hot tub were well kept; easy walks to beachfront and convenience store; ample chairs and umbrellas for loan. Other travelers seemed content and laidback. Excellent value for the money!

Great location, poor communication and management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Once booked I received only one email with a payment confirmation. Upon arrival at 5:40pm the office was closed, so I called the number on the door. I was told by a man on the phone that I should have gotten an email about check in, to which he confirmed was not sent to me. He then told me to check the black boxes by the office. I found an envelope with my name, but no key. I went to where my room was to find the door ajar, and completely unlocked. I called the number back again as it seemed strange the door would be cracked open like just anyone could walk in. I mentioned we had no key but the paper work stated an extra charge for missing keys. Finally they sent Jaime over, who to be honest seemed under the influence. She didn’t apologize for any inconvenience and was more baffled that she forgot to leave a key and left the door open. This key/ room debacle took almost 2 hours, and caused us to miss a rehearsal dinner, which was the main point of our visit. The private beach was a let down, it’s literally a nasty water drainage between 2 private beaches. The resort stated free chairs to use, of the 8 chairs available only 2 were not broken, and were usable. The shared patio space was great however our neighbors had all their clothes, toys, shoes, etc strewn every where.... So we couldn’t even use it. Overall rental unit was fine minus some stains on the furniture

The top rack on the dishwasher is broken and just pulls all the way out and falls. The refrigerator leaks water inside the freezer and all over the shelves inside the fridge. The dryer took forever to dry the Bach towels. You need to hold down the handle for the toilet to flush. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep up sand that gets tracked in. The complex was nice and well taken care of but the unit could use a little TLC.

The pool was really cloudy, you can tell its not cared for properly6. crack in the refrigerator drawer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room we were in can only be described as terrible. It was clean but everything in the room that was painted needed to be repainted. This included the walls, doors, ceilings, door frames, and baseboards. These were all extensively marked and dirty. In addition, the shower required recaulking and removal of mildew. All the furniture in this room was old. The sleeper couch was stained. I'm sorry that we accepted this room when we checked-in.
