Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is an excellent location to Siesta Key and close to the trolley stop. The condo itself is on the second floor so be prepared for stairs. Our upstairs neighbor was really loud even with the high ceilings in the unit. You can hear everything - every noise outside, all noises at the pool and upstairs. This wasn’t great for our little one but we made due! The condo itself was pretty well maintained but vents could use cleaning, the beds need to be replaced as they have humps in the center and the condo needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. We arrived to sheets that were clearly not replaced from the last guest. There was also hair in the bathtub from the previous guest. Being charged a cleaning fee, I expect to arrive to a clean condo. You’ll also be tasked with some light cleaning at your exit, so be prepared for that as well. Overall, we liked the location to the beach and it worked for us traveling with a little one. The pool was nice and the grounds seemed pretty well kept. The beach items and first come first serve and we saw a few families keep the items with them instead of returning them for others to use. The left overs are not great so make sure you get there early to utilize beach equipment. They do need to double check the units are clean before sending the next person in in the future and an update to the beds would be ideal. I would also add trash receptacles near the condos as it was difficult to find, carry and dispose of trash in the dumpsters as required upon check out.

We rented four condos and used the porch as our common living room. Most of the units we rented were in need of updating. The dishwasher in our unit was worthless. I mentioned it to the front desk at check out. It's hard to believe that they were unaware of the issue but said that would inform the owner. The kitchen was minimally equipped. We didn't have pot holders. In spite of the shortcomings of the units we had a wonderful time.

Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at this property a few times in a few different units. They're all nice, in theory, but are never very clean (beyond just a surface level) and the maintenance is poor. There are always a few things broken or breaking. This year my unit smelled very strongly of cigar smoke upon arrival. Really not ideal for my 3 young kids. The mattresses in particular need replacing, but otherwise the furniture is fine. Pool and beach are nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is view but a short walk to the gorgeous Crescent beach. The condo is old and needs a major overhaul. The dishwasher has rust inside as well as holes in the racks. The beds are hard as a rock and there was mold in the windowsills. The first few nights of our stay, local teenagers showed up and hung out in the pool area and hot tub after closing time. We alerted the manager and he said he would let the owner know. The third night more local kids came and were partying by the pool again. This is obviously the hangout for the local high-school kids to come and drink with no consequence. We also found out that we paid double for our unit than other guests. The Crescent beach area is amazing and we will be back, but will not be staying here.

Really nice stay in Siesta

We love this location in Siesta Key and we had stayed in several places around. We tried The Beach Club for the first time and definitively will be back. Steps from the beach, excellent service and housekeeping. The units are in excellent condition and well equipped. Quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a great location for the beach and restaurants on Siesta Key. It was particularly nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available to borrow. The kitchen in the unit was well appointed and we also enjoyed eating breakfast and having coffee on the large deck. We will be back for sure.

Great location and worth the money

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. The pool area was very close by and had grills and tables to make food there. The kitchen and washer dryer was convenient. The beach was right next door and beautiful. Restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. The designated beach area is small but it didn’t bother us. Would recommend!!
