To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200.00 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If reservations are canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, the funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are canceled within 30 days of arrival date the funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be forfeited.
