Palm Bay Club 142 | This second floor 1 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath room unit is located in a Club building on the Gulf side of Palm Bay Club. Its convenient location is just a two minute walk to the private beach, as well as the pool, tennis courts and gym. Newly furnished in December 2024, the living room includes a reclining leather sofa and chair, and a 55” smart TV. The bedroom has two queen beds, six drawer dresser and nightstand with a pull-out shelf for night time essentials, and 40” smart TV. Lamps in the living room and bedroom are “touch to turn on and off”, with charging ports for your phone, tablet, etc. A one finger tap to the base 1, 2 or 3 times for low to bright light, and a fourth time to turn off. The dining room features a glass topped table and four comfortable club chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots and pans you need to cook, and include a new refrigerator and dishwasher. Counter height stools there offer an easy perch to talk while you watch your chef work. The half bath with vanity and toilet is conveniently located at the entry for guests.

The facility was not crowded and quiet, a good time to visit. The accommodations were great and there was plenty of cookware and dishes supplied. The beach and access to the private beach was wonderful and easy. We used the beach lounge service twice and were most pleased. I’m fact we are returning in December 2022.

The apartment was in great condition and decorated with a beachy vibe. We loved the convenience of having a bath and a half and the king bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for this retired couple ... even though the elevator was not working due to the recent hurricane it was easy to get to. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you for a sun filled ten days!!

Everything we Needed for a Relaxing getaway

Many issues this time

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived early, and were unable to check in even though we know our unit had not been occupied for a week. The office manager was rude upon check in. When we got into our unit we found ants in the kitchen and bathroom, including the drawers and pots and pans. The front door had a large crack and you could see light through it. We were shocked to find that the nice leather furniture in the picture was removed and replaced with cheap uncomfortable furniture in the living room with no ottoman to prop up your feet. The tv channels did not work and had to wait two days to have it fixed. For 3 days there was loud construction and banging upstairs and when we reported it they said “o we should have informed you about that”. And nothing was done. Later that day, the office left a message that our water to our unit was going to be turned off for the construction. That was a huge inconvenience to us. They said they would inform us when it was turned back on but they never did. One day at the beach, all the lounge chairs were locked up with a cable and we couldn’t even get a chair to sit on. One night when we went down to watch the sunset the security guard hassled us and didn’t believe we were even staying there. Also on Friday and Saturday night there was a large loud party behind our balcony that had music and shouting until 3 am.
