We had a wonderful stay at Filladaki Villas! The staff was excellent, and the kids absolutely loved the private pool and how close we were to the beach. The villa was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy Sifnos. The only downside was that the bed was a bit too hard for our liking, but that certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. We would happily return and highly recommend it!

Filadaki exceeded my expectations! The villa was gorgeous, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking—the kind you could spend hours enjoying. In my opinion, it had the best sunset view on the island! Having a private pool made it even more special. It was such a beautiful place to slow down and relax. Maria at the front desk was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She personally picked us up from the ferry, and her thoughtful hospitality made the stay memorable from the very beginning. Filadaki was one of the highlights of our Greece trip. Between the stunning sunsets and Maria’s warmth, it was hard to leave. I would happily return!

The Levantes villa was awesome; very spacious with modern decor, comfortable bed, great supplied kitchen with lovely treats and a great jacuzzi with an amazing view. However, my visit was made unforgettable because of Maria. She was an attentive hostess and provided great recommendations of food, sightseeing, beaches and stores. I highly recommend Filadaki Villas!

The Filadaki Villas were such a luxury experience. We stayed in the Maistros villa, which had an incredible view overlooking the water and perhaps the best sunset of our entire two-week stay in Greece. The private pool was a dream in the summer heat. The villa itself is beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of helpful amenities like a full kitchen and a washing machine (super helpful for our long trip). They also stock the fridge for you on arrival, along with plenty of snacks. It's a bit of a walk from the port, and a little uphill on the way back, but it was very manageable for my wife and me - we had no problem whatsoever. We loved the serenity and quietness of being far from the port while still having it within walking distance for dinner, drinks, etc. There are also restaurants much closer, just not in the main port area. We rented a car, but if you're not renting one and pack heavy, you may want to coordinate transport from the port. Highly recommend the Filadaki Villas. It was an incredible experience!

What a lovely place. Facilities, view and quality of fitting and fixtures are all excellent along with Maria who was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. 15 to 20 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants although there are 2 very good local ones a few minutes walk. My main issue with the stay was the total lack of communication before we arrived. I sent 3 messages via Hotels.com trying to arrange check in which were not replied to. Also the location shown on Hotels.com is nowhere near the accommodation. I phoned when we were there and Maria was contacted who then collected us and continued to make our stay very memorable.

Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Approximately 1.6km from the port so very convenient location. Room was very modern and clean. Had everything you needed including a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Did not utilize private pool as we travelled in the cooler/off season but it was cleaned daily and appeared well maintained. Available parking for scooter or vehicle on site. Received coffee, tea, sparkling water, wine and other snacks complimentary. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Would absolutely stay again.

This one-year old, beautifully appointed property is first rate. Its location is on the shore across the bay from the ferry port in Serifos port town Kamari with gorgeous views of the town, mountains and sea. If you have a car and plan to explore Serifos this place is ideal. A nice parking lot with a space reserved for your suite. The suites themselves are perfectly designed and executed. The Junior Suite I occupied had a private plunge pool, private patio - both with great view plus sun and shade. The room had AC ( did not need), overhead fan, sliding door to pool, automated black out curtain, built in phone chargers, full kitchen, separate shower, separate toilet (with laundry), large TV and the right storage space. And the price was very competitive.

We had an incredible stay at Filadaki Villas in Sifnos. The villa was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool and stunning sea views made it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the island. The location was ideal—peaceful, yet only a short walk to Kamares Beach, restaurants, and the port. Having a parking space made it easy to explore the rest of Sifnos by ATV. A special thank you to Maria, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was so helpful in organising our ATV hire and securing restaurant reservations, making everything completely stress-free. Her warm hospitality and local recommendations truly made our trip even more special. One unexpected highlight was having a washing machine in the villa. After weeks of travelling, it was such a welcome convenience and made a huge difference before continuing our trip. We couldn't recommend Filadaki Villas more highly. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing base to experience the best of Sifnos, this is the place to stay. We would absolutely return!

Sunset view over the Aegean

Absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. All amenities catered for, but what makes this place really special is the view. It's on a hill overlooking the bay of Kamares. You see the town on one side and can see the sun set over the Aegean on the other. From your own private little dipping pool on the spacious terrace. Loved it. Our host Dimitri was also wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern property. Everything feels new and spotless, from the furniture to the appliances. The room includes a small kitchenette, which was very convenient, and there is a mini market about a ten minute walk away for any essentials. The hotel is up a fairly steep hill, but as long as you do not have mobility issues, it is no problem. The setting is peaceful and so beautiful. The pool is stunning and the view is incredible. The whole place feels very chic and stylish. Maria was fabulous, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay.
