"Although the property gave me an upgrade the room was very cold because โ€œ the heating doesnโ€™t come on till Octoberโ€ They offered more blankets but no small heater etc. The breakfast was good and the views from the Hotel Restaurant of the Caucuses Mountains were great. There were no tea & coffee making facilities in my room, however they did give me one complementary cup of tea. The wifi kept dropping out. As a solo traveller I enjoy a good internet connection"
