"What a lovely little cottage on your own private piece of land. The views from inside and outside are gorgeous of the Umbrian Valley. The cottage was perfect for 2 and could not be more private. Owner and caretaker were was at our disposal if needed and communication was wonderful. Great base home to visit Assisi. We travel very often and for long periods of time, so we have rented more places than I can count, and I recommend staying at R & R. "

It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. But it is really the outside spaces that make this home awesome! It was very hot during our visit and the pool was great...

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and use as our base to visit Assisi and Perugia. Great convenient location to get around with a car.
